Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all journal entries, reflections, and personal content you create within Entheo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features (such as AI analysis and mood tracking).

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission.
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The AI-generated mood analyses, insights, and suggestions provided by Entheo are for personal reflection purposes only. Substance Use Disclaimer

Entheo provides tools for logging and reflecting on psychedelic and microdosing experiences. The availability of these features does not constitute endorsement, encouragement, or recommendation of any controlled substance.

Psilocybin and other psychedelic substances are regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your country, state, province, or locality. Entheo and its operators accept no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of controlled substances.

Termination
