Forked Tongue is an AI-powered language learning app. You practice languages by having conversations with virtual characters powered by artificial intelligence. The characters have distinct personalities, speak specific languages, and adapt to your skill level.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
All characters in Forked Tongue are AI-generated. They are not real people. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, unnatural, or contain errors.
Forked Tongue is a supplementary learning tool, not a substitute for professional language instruction, tutoring, or academic coursework. We do not guarantee fluency or any specific learning outcomes.

Forked Tongue offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you purchased your subscription.
Points earned through the app have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Point values and the rewards system are subject to change. Points are non-transferable between accounts.
If you submit content to Community Places (recommendations, photos, reviews), you must ensure it is appropriate and does not violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove any community content at our discretion without notice.
Forked Tongue, its characters, brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
Forked Tongue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate translations, lost data, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated for a violation, you may not create a new account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forked Tongue operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
