Who We Are

This website is operated by Moonlit Social Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), founded by Michael Wylde. This privacy policy applies to the developer portfolio site at moonligh7er.github.io/developer-site and all pages hosted under that domain.

Information We Collect

Contact Form Submissions: When you submit a form on our Connect page, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, organization, and message content. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. and delivered to our email. We do not store form data on our servers.

Analytics Data: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly page counter, to see which pages are visited, referral sources, and general device and browser type, in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not build profiles, and does not identify you.

Cookies: This site sets no cookies and shows no ads. A few pages remember small preferences (for example, the music player's volume) in your browser's local storage; that data never leaves your device.

Fonts and hosting: Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and are served by GitHub Pages. As with any web request, those providers receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches files from them.

We use collected information to:

  • Analyze site traffic and usage patterns

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox until manually deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the respective service's data retention policy (GoatCounter keeps aggregate counts only).

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
